You wake up, not knowing who you are and dressed for an evening out to find yourself in the basement of a house filled with dead people. All doors and windows are barred and locked and you need to find a way out.
Gerald's Game
During the story you find out why a scientist has locked you in. The puzzles, keys and clues you need to find to escape explain the method behind the madness.
Don't Breathe
The puzzles are not the sole obstacle in your way. Doing certain actions may unlock hostile people still alive in the house. Death is also permanent. There are no save systems. If you die you start over. Smart players will find ways to rapidly get back to where they left off though.
Rear Window
In true voyeuristic manner the game is viewed through main fixed camera perspective to aid in the feeling of being watched closely.
Game Features
Dinner with Strangers is an explorative game where your only goal is to escape the prison of the house. In order to do this you will solve puzzles, find keys and do your best to avoid enemies that seem slightly familiar. The game is inspired by the original Resident Evil and Silent Hill series but is more focused on the story and atmosphere than action.

The game's really solid and really takes old school exploration to heart. It also helped that there was some really good jumpscares as well. Keep it up.

I really thought the game was just going to be a basic escape game, but wow the supernatural horror aspects really ramp up as you get to the end of the demo. I am not sure which was my favourite scene, the upside down room, or seeing all of the bodies hanging. Both are striking moments and I can’t wait to see more.
Wishlisted the game and will definitely be grabbing the game on release.
This was a really cool horror game that makes use of a third person survival horror idea to complete puzzles and solve the mystery surrounding the main character. Unfortunately, I did not manage to complete the game after playing the game a couple of times as I felt that I missed certain clues that kept on leading to my demise XD. The atmosphere of the game is really mysterious and creepy, making use of various horror elements to make the game horrifying, such as a chaser, usage of lighting and rich story-telling in the game. I am really curious as to what the full story of the game is about as I am still really confused about what is going on and the relation between the main character and the old man. Moreover, I enjoyed running around the house and exploring each part of the house as well as the amount of effort put into voice-acting for the game was amazing too. Will be looking forward to the full game in the future and I am kinda curious as to how much more difficult the game will be in the full version as well. (If the creators would like to help me in clearing the game, would be cool if you guys drop me a few hints as to what I am doing wrong unless its a secret XD.)

Thanks for playing the Demo. The first thing you need to do is disarm the bomb in the basement. Once the bomb is disarmed you can free range the house. Hope this helps :)
