Patty Pepperton in a Pumpkin Patch is a third person, horror game where you are trapped inside a haunting pumpkin patch looking for a way out. The objective is simple collect all the golden pumpkins to summon not only a way home but the Pumpkin god himself. Escape and just maybe you can have your revenge on Caitlyn, your roommate who traded you for a new car.
Run around looking for golden pumpkins while dodging danger and learning the lore of the place.

I think it would be much more fun with a map and list of lore items. Especially once you get to the hardest difficulty, when I decided to throw in the towel. I just thought the area was too large and held too few landmarks that could be used for guidance. I understand the corn maze concept and wanting disorientation to be a factor, but it just got boring after awhile. Again, if you started with a blank map that became filled in as you explored, I think that would urge the player on and incentivize them to keep going.

You wouldn't believe how long it took me to even realize you could walk THROUGH the corn....
